Patty has started her career and experiences within the facility maintenance industry. This has spanned for 25 years and she has increased her knowledge within the company. With engaging in Associated Building Services and working her way up within the company, she essentially became a Regional Manager after the company sold to GCA Services.
Rafael Perez
Sr. Vice President
Rafael is a seasoned veteran in the facility maintenance industry. Working with many companies, such as Associated Building Services & Pedus Services, Rafael decided to expand his horizons. Rafael explored his understandings and knowledge leading to the start in a supervision role. Rafael was also in charge of an entire division in South Texas showing his dignity in learning and growth.
