Patty has developed her career and experience in the facility maintenance industry for 25 years, constantly expanding her knowledge in the sector. She started at Associated Building Services where she worked her way up to become a Regional Manager after the company was acquired by GCA Services.
Rafael Perez
Senior Vice President
Rafael is an experienced veteran in the facility maintenance industry. After working with companies such as Associated Building Services and Pedus Services, he decided to expand his horizons. He began in a supervisory role and went on to manage an entire division in South Texas, demonstrating his commitment to learning and growth.
