We are seeking skilled and energetic Bartenders to join our hospitality team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests by serving expertly crafted drinks in a timely and friendly manner. Your role will also include managing bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering drink recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar equipment and glassware
- Ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies, and restock as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all food safety and alcohol regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hotel setting
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine, and beer
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
