We are looking for responsible and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendants to join our team. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved in a timely and professional manner. This role is key to providing excellent customer service and contributing to a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with parking and retrieving their vehicles
- Drive and park vehicles safely in designated areas, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Ensure vehicle keys are kept secure and organized for easy retrieval
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries and offering assistance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking area
- Follow safety protocols to avoid vehicle damage and accidents
- Handle cash and/or credit card transactions for parking services, if required
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Valet Parking Attendant or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
